Summer is Here! Stay Cool this Summer Season

Well it's official, the weather has already hit summer temperatures as Florida is sailing into the mid-90s as we end the month of May. In an effort to stay safe in high-temps this summer here are a few important tips to keep in mind when being active outdoors....

  • Drink plenty of water, hydrating frequently

  • Stay in shaded areas when possible

  • Wear loose fitting, light weight garments

  • Wear sun protection (sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, etc)

  • Try to limit sun exposure during peak hours

  • Take frequent breaks

  • Workout during early morning or evening hours when possible

Chair Yoga is a low-impact class designed to increase flexibility, reduce stress and increase mental clarity and focus. Class is held indoors at the amenity center.

Zumba with Nilda

Zumba is a Latin-Dance workout that is designed to increase your cardio endurance and blast calories, while having fun! Class is medium-high impact, but can be modified individually by each participant as needed. 


Saturdays at 9am
