Aqua Fitness

Bring your workout to the pool. Offering a variety of aquatic programs from the traditional to the extraordinary. These classes are a fun water workout that is sure to make a  splash with your group!  Class sessions range from 50 minutes to one hour in length. METFitness offers a fun variety of Aqua Fitness classes to include: Aqua Aerobics,  Aqua Zumba, Aqua Yoga and more!

Yoga Class


Yoga is a series of postures practiced with focus on alignment and breathing techniques. Yoga classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and our connection between the mind and body. In all our classes, we emphasize the importance of safety and non-violence through self-discipline and self-care.


METFitness offers a variety of yoga formats including: Chair Yoga, Gentle, Flow, Yin, Power, Aerial and Kids Yoga

Muscular Man Lifting Kettle Ball

Boot Camp / HIIT

Incorporates interval training for a high intensity workout that will challenge and help you build strength, endurance and speed. 
Our Circuit Training classes will help build muscular endurance and strength as you move through a variety of different exercises at short intervals. Class sessions are one hour in length.

Zumba / Latin Dance

Latin-dance inspired aerobic fitness classes, are a great way to have fun while staying fit! With dances like Salsa and Merengue, Zumba™ feels like more of a party than a workout! Classes can be done indoors or outdoors at almost any location. Class sessions are one hour in length.

Ballet Barre 

This class combines elements from ballet, Pilates, yoga. Ballet Barre uses a series of low-impact strengthening exercises followed by recovery stretch. These classes work to tone and sculpt the entire body creating long, lean muscles. Class sessions are one

hour in length.  Instructor Trainings are available for this format.

Tai Chi / Qi Gong

Tai Chi classes include a slow progression of movements performed with focus and meditation. Tai Chi is an ancient 

Chinese discipline that has been proven to reduce stress and promote increases balance in regular participants.

Qi Gong classes incorporate breathing exercises, body postures and movements, and mental concentration, intended to maintain 

good health and control the flow of vital energy. Classes are one hour in length.

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises originally developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates engages both the mind and body 

throughout sessions. Through focused and controlled movement on the mat, these movements are engineered to strengthen the 

body and improve flexibility as you move through different postures and sequences.


Aqua Pilates will take this workout to the pool for a refreshing blend of toning combined with the added flexibility that comes 

from a warm water workout.  All classes are one hour in length.

Kickbox Cardio / Aerobics

Kickbox Cardio is a great way to work up a sweat while putting together combinations that will have participants blasting away 

calories, while having fun! This class combines a cardiovascular workout consisting of punches and kicks with athletic drills 

designed to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, coordination and balance. 


Aqua Kick takes this class to the water for a low-impact session that will have participants working hard against the resistance of the water. Classes are one hour in length.

Drum Fitness

This workout uses constant simulated drumming in an intense cardio and strength routine! Appropriate for all ages and all 

fitness levels, Cardio Drumming classes are a workout that will have you jamming out for this fitness rock session.

Class sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Active Aging Fitness

METFitness offers a variety of Active Older Adults classes. From Classic Gold, Strong & Tone, Yoga Gold and Splash Fit we have your needs covered. We offer a variety of low-impact classes that are sure to be a great fit at your location.

Classes are one hour in length, unless otherwise specified.

STRONG by Zumba

​STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.​ Classes can be 30, 45 or 55 minutes in length.
