Pilates

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises originally developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates engages both the mind and body 

throughout sessions. Through focused and controlled movement on the mat, these movements are engineered to strengthen the body and improve flexibility as you move through different postures and sequences.

 

Aqua Pilates will take this workout to the pool for a refreshing blend of toning combined with the added flexibility that comes 

from a warm water workout.  

 

All classes are one hour in length.
