Boot Camp / HIIT

Boot Camp / HIIT classes incorporate interval training for a high intensity workout that will challenge and help participants build strength, endurance and speed. 

 

Circuit Training classes will help build muscular endurance and strength as you move through a variety of different exercises at short intervals.

 

Class sessions are typically one hour in length, but can be taught as 30 or 45 minute Express Class if desired by clients.
